ProsGive you a tremendous amount of experience in the rotational program. It's also ranked 9th in the country.

ConsExpect you to work at least 45 hours/week with no compensation for overtime.

Advice to Senior ManagementHigher pay for strenuous hours put in.

    Material handler, I loved it there!

    Pros: Learn the job, get good, work under little supervision driving… Cons: pretty solid company but up and down in sales do mostly to current construction slowdowns from poor economy , causing layoffs at times and then… Advice to Senior Management: Watch the second shift more closely, I highly believe that there… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
