Pay more attention to the direct care professional since they work closely with the consumers their opinions should be valued. Other than that management does a superbe job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reiterate on a regular basis to senior management team the importance of what leadership really means. A leader should have integrity, honesty and be more interactive with middle management and their staff as much as possible. Show more appreciation to the ones that are enabling the agency to maintain their great reputation as an organization that actually performs what it promises to its service communities.
