Great in 2008 but in 2013 horrible treatment of its employees and HR doesn't care.

I worked at Catholic Health Initiatives full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

In 2008 things were good. Management cared, understood and respected its employees.

    Cons

NO respect for its employees. Supervisors have bad attitudes ALL the time. Use HR as a way to shield themselves and persecute its employees. Management DOES NOT know the jobs they direct and/or supervise, play favorites, and clearly show its an all boys club.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR and management should value their employees first as people then employees. Management should deflate their huge egos and be a manager and run their departments in the best interest of the company and not because Directors, VP's want their numbers to look good. Treating employees like they are nothing is certainly not a way to keep employees. Understand what the CORE VALUES are and/or mean and treat those according.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
