I was with the company many years and for the most part was happy there.

Pros

The company has a good mission statement, pays well and has good benefits.

Cons

There is some disconnect in leadership as there is with many large organizations. They train their staff well, have updated equipment and are always trying to make improvements.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes upper management doesn't know what it takes to get all of the work done. Eliminating positions, then having to hire contractors to get work done is not a smart business decision?

    Pros

    Co-workers are great!.

    Cons

Management and top leadership have absolutely no idea what they are doing and have no clue about their employees well being. Outsourcing never works but they do it anyway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay attention to what your employees are telling you.

    Pros

Could be a good company if they really valued their employees

    Cons

CHI will purchase your company and you will be told there will not be loss of jobs.
They will outsource the positions to many different vendors. Your years of service
at whatever organization they buy will not mean much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees the way you expect your patients to be treated.
