A Good Place to Work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Lexington, KY

ProsNice people, I really like working for a faith based community. I believe that the majority of the staff really cares about our patients.

ConsNo opportunity for advancement, but could be more due to the bad economy than anything else.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of dead weight employees. There are a few that really need to be upgraded. Everyone, including management, knows who they are. Everyone sees repeated examples of their poor attitudes and performance, but nothing is done about it.

    Overall a good company

Pros: A faith based atmosphere where employees are treated fairly. There is a caring attitude among the employees.… Cons: Health benefits could be better. Instead of a copay you have to pay a percentage of the total cost of care. Retirement benefits could be better.… Advice to Senior Management: Consolidate all the employees into one building.
