Advice to Management

Reorganize everyone! I would start by firing all the staff at payroll and accounts payable. they don't want to be there so get them out. then i would do an extensive review of each college and teachers. most teachers give good grades so that the students give them good reviews. in reality, the teachers are not teaching and the students are not learning.

    Pros

Flexible hours, good effective hourly rate

    Cons

Some professors treat their research assistants very well, others are disorganized, unrealistic in expectations, and pass off their RA's work as their own

  2. Bad experience, poor management.

    Pros

Good for a student that does not care much about long term and just wants some quick cash. They will hire ANYONE who says they want a job and goes through the interview process.

    Cons

The management is some of the most lax I have ever seen. Not punishing those who don't show up for shifts, not giving enough hours to those who do. Terrible.
