I worked at Catholic University

Pros

Good for a student that does not care much about long term and just wants some quick cash. They will hire ANYONE who says they want a job and goes through the interview process.

Cons

The management is some of the most lax I have ever seen. Not punishing those who don't show up for shifts, not giving enough hours to those who do. Terrible.

    I worked at Catholic University

    Pros

Has all the benefits from a small university with the advantages to function as a large one due to location.

    Cons

Much of the lower administration has a poor work ethic. Since it is a private institute, money is always an issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house in the lower administration. There is much wasted time and effort with people not doing their jobs and passing blame.
