“Decent Wage, Worked through College doing this work.”
Current Employee – been working at Cauley Security Services
Pros – Depending on the site you're stationed at there would be opportunities to do school work while on the job. Great for College Students.
Cons – Communication company wide was lacking. Even in the event of something that needed to be reported it might take a few hours to get a hold of a supervisor.
Advice to Senior Management – Better site managers could vastly improve the overall operation. Offering site managers a better wage would likely bring in better site management.
