Cbeyond provides a very aggressive sales model to teach young professionals how to make a sale.
This job shows you how driven you can be and what you can accomplish if you really try.
Cons
They require twelve hours of work a day. There is absolutely no time for ANYTHING outside of work. There are activities and meetings after work and sometimes on weekends. If you do not attend you are pushed out of the team.
It's good to be competitive, but there is a limit. They are over competitive.
Walking around cold-calling for sometimes eight hours a day.
Management constatly calling you to micro manage your performance and location.
Advice to Senior Management
Ease up on the work hours. Just because you don't have a life outside of work doesn't mean everyone else is the same.
