They are always hiring....high turnover rate

Cons

Too many hours and you are working for peanuts, extremely high turnover rate, no respect from management, dissorganized, product is not nearly competative enough especially since it is almost more epxensive than all competitors....need i say more?

Advice to Senior Management

Dont bother, iv tried giving input about marketing and advertising and they refuse to listen
