“Great Seasonal Employer”

Former Employee – worked at Cedar Fair part-time for less than a year

Pros – Flexible Schedule, No cap on hours, fun employee perks

Cons – No Overtime for seasonal employees

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing, and offer great employee parties
