Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Employee Review

I have been working at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center

Pros – Exposed to a variety of illness, procedures ect. You will see a lot.

Cons – Disorganized, seems to care more about looking like they are doing the right things vs actually doing it.

Advice to Senior Management – So much to say... Ask the people in each dept how they would like changes to be implemented vs implementing change with zero input. Better organization, more efficient. Really listen to employee's- not just paying lip service. Have a suggestion box for employee's. There are lots of great idea's out there but no one is asking the people who deliver care what we think.
