I have been working at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great security, good benefits, excellent medical benefits, good wages

    Cons

Lacks team environment, very hierarchical, little professional development, lacks solid strategic planning at the departmental level. Lock of group identity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give up the old paradigm of top down direction, build people in the organization, focus on cross-functional incentives, do not incentevise one group for cost, one for revenue and another for volume
