“Great people, very weak inconsistent leadership”
Former Employee – worked at Cegedim Dendrite
Pros – Tremendous people who are very committed to their clients
Great vision in the past for where the industry was headed
Cons – very significant caste system, what is good for the executives is not necessarily good for the employees
horrible customer reputation for very expensive average quality service
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
