“Great peoples but crappy management”
Current Employee – been working at Celanese
Pros – A great bunch of skilled technicians, chemists and engineer in R&D. Work are challenging with all the new research project but rewarding.
Cons – Management seem to be a bit disconnect with the lab personels. Overdoing it with all the safety roll out that put burden on it lab workers.
Advice to Senior Management – Safety can be achieve best if management empower it lab workers to be safe through encouragement and acknowledgement rather than more paperwork and reviews.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
