Good place to work

ProsLots of change, very dynamic. There is lots of room for advancement. Their IT group pushes the limits and gets lots done.

ConsLots of change, very dynamic. Constant reorganization is stifling maturity of IT group. Lots of projects going on at any given time.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet IT strategy better aligned with business leadership. Utilize Low cost IT groups for more 3rd tier work. IT should play a bigger role in M&A activities up front.
