I have been working at Celergo
Pros – Entrepreneurial spirit within company encouraged. Work life balance is promoted and management wants employees to be happy. Casual dress is awesome!
Cons – Can be unorganized and hectic since the nature of work is very cyclical.
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize employee strengths and build positions around those. Use your employees to make them happy and make the company successful.
