“Great, until we received a new GM. The Austin, Texas site experienced devastating moral during 2011.”
I have been working at Celestica
Pros – Outside of management, the people are hard working and extremely dedicated.
Cons – The director level leadership is none existent and has been damaging for operations performance and employee moral.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue action to replace director level leadership. The operations team has performed better in the past with previous leadership in place.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
