    Pros

Great sense of camaraderie: Colleagues are smart, hard-working, and friendly. Cons

High turnover Unrealistic and unsustainable workload expectations Unnecessarily political and bureaucratic Limited opportunities for growth Pay below market rate Poor health insurance coverage

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees' needs, get up to speed with today's business practices in your discipline, and overcome your fear of giving your employees a voice when other senior management team members make repeatedly unreasonable demands.

    Pros

You will work with incredibly smart people who are passionate about science.

    Cons

Cell is not interested in any new ideas concerning business practices and because of this the turn over rate is incredibly high. Morale is low.
