Pros

Great pay but if you want to make the most money it is a must to work Saturday and Sunday. You will work holidays.
Great experience.

Cons

You will work weekends, holidays, etc. You make work at one store that is an hour from your house and get home at 10pm or later and work another store that is 30-45 mins away at 9am the next morning. To get a day off you must find someone to work you shift. This can be hard if it is a Saturday night shift or a Sunday shift. You more than likely will never move up. This is a job to get started out of college making 35,000-45,000 a year.

     given a lot of training
    decent retail atmosphere
    commission sharing structure

    Cons

    cant contact bosses for help
    no time for personal life
     no say in schedule, locations
    used for sales
    not given all earned commissions
not respected unless you on top of leaderboard
    only paid once monthly
paid two months after you make the sale
    crazy quotas
    constantly changing rules

    Advice to Management

Please instead of constantly making stricter quotas and rules, be more available to help from a supervisory standpoint. Don't constantly contradict yourself and lie.

Really tough start (financially), but great work environment, and high potential for commissions.

I have been working at Cellular Sales

    Pros

    - Micro-management pretty much non-existent.
    - High potential for commissions
    - Very friendly work environment!
    - Great health benefits

    Cons

$10/hr training pay for 3 weeks.
Long delay in monthly commission salaries.
A lot of uncompensated car travel

    Advice to Management

Either ease up a little on the amount of stores we are asked to work at, or provide some sort of gas compensation.
