    Pros

you have opportunities to make decent money as long as you are good at what you do and work hard at it and take the extra mile. Employees you work with are nice and will help you out.

    Cons

takes three months to get paid, yes three full months! If you can make it that long then it is good money after that. you work a lot of hours and have to drive a good distance to multiple locations that you dont get reimbursed for for gas or pay. Expected to attend trainings and conference calls that are both non paid but are told that they will help you get money in the long run.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please change the three month no pay policy. for one its just not right and for two it will make your employees extremely bitter about the company right off the bat. Not to mention have them extremely stressed out about money which will take away from positive energy and excitement for working with the company with a smile on their face. Seriously change this, I am not kidding for the sake as a company as a whole, its ridiculous.

I have been working at Cellular Sales

    Pros

Laid back environment while making phone calls

Callers are easy to get along with

    Openness to share ideas

    Training is great

    Prizes are GREAT

    Requirements are not strict

    Rules are not unreasonable

    Opportunities for growth

Having fun days, pot lucks, and fundraisers

    Good central west knoxville location

    Cons

Exceptions are allowed to rules, sometimes based off of personal feelings and reasons from management

Management "listens" to ideas but does not "act" upon the ideas

A few female managers and supervisors let their emotions dictate their actions

Callers are held to higher standards than management

Management seems to look at their selves as high and mighty. If they read this review they may begin to give reasons about how it is not them that is the problem or wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LISTEN to the people! (ALL employees)

Be aware that females in leadership are being allowed to act on their emotions AND FIX IT!

Understand that even though some leaders have been loyal, as the company grows and improves, those people may no longer be qualified.
