I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Great pay, they notice all your achievements, work as much or as little as you like. No body standing over your shoulder yelling at you.

I been a sales team leader and recruiter here in sf for over a year now, I love this place and I wouldnt trade my team or my regional directors for anyone !

this is the best place to work and everyday is fun and exciting and filled with v.a.p.s.

Cons

no beards allowed in the south florida market !!!! grrrrr

Advice to ManagementAdvice

allow us to stand out and put some personality into the work place, anotherwards let us rock out a beard. Other then that you guys rock.

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    -Highest Commissions in the Wireless Industry.
    - Great Opportunity to learn the art of sales
    - Selling Verizon Wireless is easy
    - You work different locations, which helps you to build a larger clientele
    - Shared Commissions make it more of a 'team' environment

    Cons

    - Management is Overworked and Underpaid (therefore unable to give you the time and help that you need)
    - Chargebacks can often be twice the amount of your commissions (don't sell to everyone)
    - Not much of an opportunity for career advancement
    - Not being 'Corporate' can really hurt your reputation when working with a customer that is 'on the fence'
