Cellular Sales Call Center has been a wonderful place to work!

Call Center Representative (Current Employee) Knoxville, TN

ProsYou learn valuable communications skills that will benefit you in any work place.

The supervisors are great and really look for ways to help you improve.

There are no egos within management, everyone is willing to help you!

A lot of room for advancement (with the growth of Cellular Sales new jobs are being created everyday!)

If you don't excel in one area, there are several other areas in the call center to excel at.

ConsIf you don't like change or adapt to it well, working at the call center might be challenging for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to hold workshops and meeting to help better understanding of work standards and new products. Also, continue to promote new positions and opportunities!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Wonderful and full of opportunity!

    Call Center Representative (Current Employee)

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for less than a year

    Pros: There are always opportunities coming up to join new programs or move up in the company. Everyone is extremely helpful and open to answer any questions… Cons: It is my first office environment to work in, and the lack of natural light in the call center is a little hard to get… Advice to Senior Management: Make incentives more widely available, appropriate (monetary) and achievable throughout… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Don't waste your time

    Sales Executive (Current Employee) Baltimore, MD

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for more than a year

    Pros: You are able to make your own schedule. There is no management daily… Cons: Pay check is never the same! You only get paid once a month and you never know what kind of "deductions" will be taken out.… Advice to Senior Management: Hire empolyees that are worth your time and resources. Almost everyone currently working there was previously unemployeed, has a criminal background, has terrible credit, or… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
