I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for less than a year

Pros

You learn valuable communications skills that will benefit you in any work place.

The supervisors are great and really look for ways to help you improve.

There are no egos within management, everyone is willing to help you!

A lot of room for advancement (with the growth of Cellular Sales new jobs are being created everyday!)

If you don't excel in one area, there are several other areas in the call center to excel at.

Cons

If you don't like change or adapt to it well, working at the call center might be challenging for you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to hold workshops and meeting to help better understanding of work standards and new products. Also, continue to promote new positions and opportunities!

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The atmosphere is fun. The supervisors are great they really care about you. You pretty much get to make your own schedule. There are alot of opportunities to move up. Not only do we get commission but we also get to compete for amazing prizes too. There is never a dull moment.

    Cons

    The temperature in the call center is cold brrr.

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There are always opportunities coming up to join new programs or move up in the company.

    Everyone is extremely helpful and open to answer any questions you may have.

    The overall work environment is pleasant to work in, relatively calm and relaxed - not too distracting.

    They make it easy to give your own ideas and suggestions to the team and to actually see them put into play.

    Cons

    It is my first office environment to work in, and the lack of natural light in the call center is a little hard to get used to.

    Also, some of the incentives are harder to achieve or not even available if you put in the extra effort to join a new program, take on more responsibility and put your skills to the test.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make incentives more widely available, appropriate (monetary) and achievable throughout the different programs.
