Pros

You learn valuable communications skills that will benefit you in any work place.

The supervisors are great and really look for ways to help you improve.

There are no egos within management, everyone is willing to help you!

A lot of room for advancement (with the growth of Cellular Sales new jobs are being created everyday!)

If you don't excel in one area, there are several other areas in the call center to excel at.

Cons

If you don't like change or adapt to it well, working at the call center might be challenging for you.

Advice to Management

Continue to hold workshops and meeting to help better understanding of work standards and new products. Also, continue to promote new positions and opportunities!

    Pros

The atmosphere is fun. The supervisors are great they really care about you. You pretty much get to make your own schedule. There are alot of opportunities to move up. Not only do we get commission but we also get to compete for amazing prizes too. There is never a dull moment.

    Cons

The temperature in the call center is cold brrr.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule
The Sales Reps are great Co-workers

    Cons

100% Commission - can work 8 hours and make $0
Half of your Paycheck could go to deacts
If inventory goes missing, rather than taking a loss, the company takes it out of the reps paychecks
Paperwork messed up several times by the back office resulting in the reps losing money from their checks
    Numbers are their ONLY concern
No compensation for the first 2 months you work there
Contacting upper management for help when your pay is at stake - NO HELP. Call to say you need help with a sale to make them more money - they're on it right away.
This company doesn't care about its employees - to them you are disposable and easily replaced

    Advice to Management

Care. You have some awesome employees that give a lot. At least act like you give a sh** about them and mot just how much they can make you.
