I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time

Pros

Little micromanagement, highest contract commissions in the wireless business, great facilities and operations support, flexible hours if you're a student

Cons

100% commission can be tough, competing with Verizon and other retailers can also be tough sometimes

Advice to Management

You're hiring twenty-somethings with little to no professional experience. You have an opportunity to groom them to be great sales professionals, but you have to be willing to invest in them and challenge them to meet their sales goals.

    Pros

    -High commissions -No micromanagement -Great teamwork -Help is always there if you need it.

    Cons

    Only cons are chargebacks, but most reps are smart as to who they sell to and what they sell, so this is minimized if you pay attention to what you are doing.

    Money, work life balance, teamwork, good inventory, tons of accessories, big stores, tons of traffic, great leadership, advancement opportunities, Vaps, shared commissions, culture, values, fun, great training.
