I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (more than an year)

Pros

100% commissions looks great when applying for future jobs.
Ability to set your own schedule.

Cons

All of the common complaints when working in retail or with the public.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop cutting our checks. We are making half of what we made two years ago.

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Self management, relaxed and small environment, close commute

    Cons

    Monotonous and repetitive, compensated less than market average, lack of direction, poor communication within different levels of management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value your employees. They are the backbone of the company. Don't pay two employees the same amount when one of the employee does three times the work of the other employee.

    Pros

    From what I "heard", you can make some decent money there, but ALL commission...beware of this...

    Cons

    Full commission, possibility to lose commissions on deactivations, etc., risky with 100% commissions and no base pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide your sales consultants a base pay plus commissions and more training pay!
