Pros

Share commissions help when you Are taking care of customer service issues. Potential to make a solid $3k monthly...

Cons

In training taking care of customers is their top priority, in the field some mentors and team leads focus on getting them out the door and having them be customer cares issues. The first 3 months are tough. Don't get much for training pay and once on the floor your commissions are paid 2 months behind.

I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Love the customers. Still can make ok money but have to work a lot harder and more time.

    Cons

The company politics and constantly changing commission. The leadership is based on sales and not managerial experience. No consistency with management. It's all about drinking the cool-aid. If you don't drink it and speak out about what would make things better, you are told you are negative.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You don't need to be the top sales person to be a good manager. There is more to leading people than being able to sell. Listen to your people to make them afraid to speak up.
