If your a hustler, you could make decent money

CHARGE BACKS!!! They will over staff shifts

    I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time

    Pros

    Easiest product to sell - just have to convince customers you're the one to get it from. Easy 100k potential. Great environment. Excellent senior management.

    Cons

    Most reps are ok with being average or below average which can actually be a pro because it's easy to stand out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest more energy to help make current reps more successful rather than hiring new ones through training and encouragement.

    Pros

    -Great commission structure
    - Extra money-making services that you can sell aside from cellular products that have great compensation
    - Get to work in different stores, allowing you exposure to different clientele
    - Very supportive leadership that is there to help you succeed
    - Leadership opportunities available
    - Get to represent the best and most reliable cellular carrier - Verizon Wireless
    - Provided with great sales strategies
    - Can work as much as you want

    Cons

    - You're traveling daily, so you'll want to use a fuel-efficient vehicle
    - Some shifts can be slow, so you'll want to work on ways to bring in outside traffic
    - Not closed on all holidays

    Keep up the good work!! Cellular Sales has been a great place to work, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for our company!!
