Benefits and time off are good.

Lower Management Strongly Resistant to change, even though CEO encourages change

Listen to you employees advice, and don't just dish your own out. Admit when your wrong, and don't insist upon being right.

    Pros

    Good 401(k) match and paid time off.

    Cons

    Management keeps changing and those that stay are often at the peak of their incompetency. Human Resources fails to do anything with poor performing managers, especially those with borderline HR infractions who drive their reports to 80 hour work weeks with impossible expectations. Prepared to be de-motivated and searching for your self.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If a manager has to keep re-hiring it's time to look at them and stop blaming the hard working employees they manage.
