Pros – Pay is pretty good

Cons – communication at times
lack of guidance at time
Long hours
No feedback on projects worked on
sometimes its a quiet and cold environment on certain floors

Advice to Senior Management – communication with staff - more interaction- In order for new staff to feel embraced more interaction needs to occur- sometimes it is the small things that make a difference
