What a nightmare.

Applications Software Engineer (Current Employee)
Saint Louis, MO

Pros1. Health Clinic on site.
2. Very nice cafe.

ConsNo work/life balance. Long hours/weekends/major holidays.
Sweatshop environment. No cube walls. Zero privacy.
No work from home options for IT staff.
Very little if any room for job growth....senior...lead levels...
Place is way understaffed for the amount of business generated.
High turnover.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice to the executive management would be to not sell off some of your stock the same month you tell your employees there will be no bonuses. It looks moronic when each of you have made hundreds of thousands of dollars in the month of December and then turn around and tell the employees the company isnt doing as well because of poor business decisions you made.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
