I worked at Center for Strategic and International Studies

    Pros

A lot of attention to young professionals - many lunch time talks and speakers brought in. Upper management is very accessible and open to meeting with younger staff. The organization is an exciting place to work and there is a lot of intellectual activities going on. Also, the location in downtown DC can not be beat.

    Cons

Not a lot of interaction between different departments. Lower pay than other think tanks in DC.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More thorough exit interview - it was nonexistent.
