Pros

Ability to network within your own organization.

So large that some of the tasks that should only take a moment to accomplish takes a lifetime.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure that departments are grouped in a way that focuses on team building relationships, not separate empires.

    Pros

Recognized company and stability for employees starting a family

    Cons

"Good Ole Boy" southern company still stuck in the 80's. Politics, Politics, Politics... You have to learn the game!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most managers are promoted on a seniority/"good ole boy" base. Many managers don't know how to manage people!!! Get-over-it-already,its-2011
