Current Employee – been working at Centerplate

Pros – You have a lot of freedom within Centerplate to create new ideas and try new things. They also very much respect your personal life and genuinely care about their employees. What they cannot cover in financial compensation they seem to try to make up with in employee relations.

Cons – Bonuses are rare, budgeting is always too tight to meet and compensation is on the low side.

Advice to Senior Management – Budgets need more flexibility...if you pay your management team more, you will get more out of them.
