Management was very unorganized and seniority played to much of a role

    Pros

Working in a football stadium has great appeal and can be very exciting
The location I worked at had concessions run by non-profit organizations which was fun; got to meet a lot of great people

    Cons

Management never had one "right way" of doing things; depending on who you spoke with you'd get a different answer
In my experience they didn't trust their employees to make the right decisions and were overly critical at times

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
