I have been working at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

High pay, 40 hours a week, easy tasks

    Cons

    Incompetent management, lack of innoviation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you cannot fulfill the responsibilities of your position you should demote yourself. There are too many managers promoted at CMS due to length of time in service and not ability to manage people. As a result there is a high amount of incompetence and lack of career growth available to high performing younger employees.
