Don't work here - very bad place to work.

Truck Driver (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsGood place to work if you like having to drive a tractor-trailer loaded with pet food 700 miles a day and make 22 stops a day (no docks - mom & pop pet food stores mostly- you unload freight onto a lift gate and roll it across busy streets) parking in the middle of the street, etc. You'll love it if you like to work your ars off.

ConsDon't even think about working overtime - they will fire you flat and not give you a chance to learn the runs. VERY FLAKY COMPANY

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Top heavy with brand managers and disconnected with the field sales and what products are performing /selling.

Distribution Sales (Former Employee) Walnut Creek, CA

Pros: Prior focus on all customers and local branch needs not… Cons: Over weight on the investment Central brands to the detriment of the distribution vendor partner products that are proven winners. Spending millions on propective aquisitions… Advice to Senior Management: After the guru's grand plan fails, get back to serving the customer needs which built the company to this size in the first place. Not what… More
