It was a little challenging with certain guest but its all worth it.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Irving, TX

ProsDeveloping experience with caring for others, the paid time off was great, met some caring and great people, and a great learning experience.

ConsUnorganized and short staffed. Theres not much communication between clinic and residence. Clinic seemed more relaxed and a sense of superiority over resident rehab assistants.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere has to be good communication between the two facilities. Administrators have alot of work n need more positions to assist with developing a care plan for patients

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
