Disappointing pay - long hours (Average 70 hour weeks and weekends)

Support Analyst (Current Employee) Windsor, South West England, England (UK)

ProsI worked at Centrica for 4 years. Good People working at this company, some really good talented teams but limited by leadership and technology.

ConsLow pay and very long hours expected. I also very rarely took holiday without management calling about work.

Outdated IT, slow network

No or very little training

End of year bonus review is not Quantitative and is purely based on who's looking like they deserve a bonus - I've even heard of people getting bonuses without justifying why.

Especially as a marketing intern, the corporate culture in their vapid business… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
