    Pros

Centro is a young startup, with that being said, you can expect the place is always full of energy, fun, and laughter. However, the fun aspect does not compromize the integrity of the work that centro does and the people there. Centro is a wonderful place to make a transition from college to your career, senior managements are always avilable to talk to and the open door policy is really being carried out well. Excellet place for a work-life balance, vacations are encouraged and never have "black out" dates, sick days are generous, and there is a lot of social gatherings amount coworkers.

    Cons

Since Centro is a young company, one of the down fall is that the career path is not clear. If you have prepared to "grow with the company" and see where you will end up, Centro might be a place for you. If you are a power driver, and need a difinite career plan, this may not be the place for you to stay. You need to be flexible and willing to roll up you sleeves to be successful in Centro, again, it's a startup, so you get to experience many different things outside of your own duty, but you really have to work hard in Centro. It is not a place for you if you just want to get by.

    Advice to Management

Improve organizational structure and let the employee to konw where they are going to and what the career path is.

    Pros

Centro is a collection of characters with character. Our employees, or peeps as we refer to ourselves is a collection of some of the best in the industry, which in itself is dynamic and full of opportunity. Centro is, and will always be, a work-in-progress. It is the responsibility of each individual to continually find ways to improve it. Principle centered living is difficult because it flies in the face of conventional wisdom and societal norms. It requires personal commitment and self-discipline. However, principles are the foundation for success in every aspect of life, both personally and professionally. Centro believes that if a company's goal is to increase the numbers, they should stop focusing on them. They should begin focusing solely on the well-being of their employees and customers and, in turn, the numbers will take care of themselves. The more a company focuses on the numbers, and not the people who produce the numbers, the more its business will suffer.

    Cons

If you're not willing to play as hard as you work...don't join Centro!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!
