Pros

It's easy to get hired there. They pay fine and have decent benefits.

Cons

Management has poor leadership skills. They allow the lazy and incompetent to remain while they burn through talent like a church on fire. They say that they want to improve the culture but discourage any type of solidarity. The place is a revolving door with a lack of ethical character.

Advice to Management

Restore the prior enjoyable culture, respect your employees contributions, and allow them at least a semblance of balance.

    Pros

    Casual atmosphere and Decent pay Company will run great incentive programs for sales and office staff through out the year.

    Cons

    The career lifespan in this company is that of a fruit fly. Very few people ever make it past the two year marker, unless you are upper management or part of the "frat pack". Company constantly comments on family to work balance, but in the same breath talks about how they expect the sales force to be at 200% of quota or more. I feel especially sorry for them. No job security here - not a place you can retire with. Only true benefit is health care coverage which is subpar. No 401k, no employee match.

    Advice to Management

    You need to show more value in your employees. Praising one day and then threatening jobs the next is no way to motivate. Agree with first poster, too many chefs not enough cooks.
