Pros

A professional environment where people are respected and most can achieve reasonable work-life balance. Fair benefits are available. A predictable work experience.

Cons

Long cycles to reach decisions and make any changes. Some hold things up to protect their turf, but for the most part it is just inertia. This leads to great frustration and to the loss of true high performers.

Advice to Management

Become more liberal on remote work. Stop the erosion of benefits to retain the top talent.

The company gets more risk adverse over time. We'll eventually shrink into nothing.

    Pros

    Work from home
    Decent salary
    Mostly left alone by management

    Cons

    Very poor middle management
    Completely disconnected executive leadership
Risk taking is highly discouraged. "Getting along" is far more important than profits.

    Advice to Management

Cut the entire lower level of management and start over
Seriously, make the org chart less flat. There should be far less middle managers and a lot more worker bees.

Great commission, poor managers and training is poor

    Pros

    Money
    Team effort
    Work from home
    Commission structure
    Employee Discount

    Cons

I started with 16 trainees after 6 months there was only 5
    Burn and churn culture
"probation" period 6-9months after being told it was salary
Work most Saturdays for 8 hrs

    Advice to Management

Have more people with heart and integrity work for the company and care for the customer. Stop having such a "sales & number" focus! Give reps more sufficient training! Management needs t be more competent. And probation for 8 months and no benefits? WOW
