    Pros

The only "pro" is that they had decent insurance benefits.

    Cons

Micromanagement, lack of management support, unrealistic sales goals, revolving door mentalities, poor training, too many meetings, change in policies by the hour, and incredibly slow installation team and unskilled tech support.

    Advice to Management

Let your employees off the leash, give them the supplies and support to do their jobs, and make the goals obtainable.
