ProsGood pay, nice people, and excellent benefits!

ConsLong hours, hard to advance, and lots of seniority. Hard to find parking and you have to pay to park.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate with other departments to allow long time employees to move to other departments. Peoples skills are not used to the fullest.
