Good people at department level. Overall management is poor, no effort to improve.

ProsIndependent work is encouraged. Flexible about work-at-home/work-at-site.

ConsCompany (publishing services section) is not pursuing new business. Losing contracts, losing people.

Pros: The pay was about average for the Saint George, UT area but… Cons: Inept managment, stagnant wages, constant raising of benefits cost, poor work environment, lack of motivation… Advice to Senior Management: Clean house, starting at the top and work your way down.
