- Disapproves of CEO
“Bottom line only”
Current Employee – been working at Cenveo full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Generous vacation schedule. Allow flex scheduling with a number of options. Various opportunities from Accounting to warehousing.
Cons – Small raises but none in the last six years; Management only worried about the bottom line and hitting sales budgets. they do not take care of the employees.
Advice to Senior Management – .
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
