Pros

A place that when you do well with the responsibilty you have been given, you are given greater opportunity and growth. Career growth is possible. Moving to a global delivery model over the past several years has positioned us well. This is a customer led company ... things like NPS Scores, increased focus on grea implementations and integrating our solutions will make a huge impact.

Cons

We are fiscally conservative in our approach when compared to our competitors. Over the past 10 years, this has been challenging as some have seemed to 'get to the goal quicker', yet in the global circumstances we are in today, we are well positioned financially.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue the pursuit of great implementations, customer service and integrated solutions, no one in the market has this figured out ... play offense though ... Ceridian has to become a bigger brand name and visible to more people ... the Ceridian of today is a different company from the past, a great company to be a customer at ... stay focused on that!

It's never been a worse time to be a Ceridian customer. We hear complaints all day long from customers about lousy Ceridian products that don't work.

by A Ceridian employee...for now.:

Ceridian places only a _slightly_ higher value on its customers than it does its employees. Management salaries are extremely inflated, while salaried employees are the first to go when it is deemed time to cut costs. A long tenure means very little to management when lay offs come around, nor do they carry any weight during annual reviews. The disconnect between C-level management and regular employees is shocking, very few directors have any idea what it takes to effectively run their department below their pay grade.
