Ceridian – “Working at Ceridian”

Pros

Ceridian offers better benefits than other customer service jobs. We had 4 weeks paid time off, very good health care, lower costs due to being in the industry.

Cons

Dealing with people who have been laid off and their COBRA coverage. Sometimes it can be heartbreaking when they breakdown, especially when they are late on payment and the coverage has been stopped permanently.

Advice to Senior Management

They need to value their employees more and not treat them only on numbers.
