The ability to work Virtual work. Thats it. Nothing else could be classified as a pro. There are some good people who work there.

Cons

everything else. overworked and underpaid employees. employee competition for meager crumb salary increases. often NO increase and when given its less than the cost of living

Advice to Senior Management

Minneapolis is not the center of the business world. Be relevant on a US perspective before attempting to brand yourself as a global player. Also, this will NEVER be GE. A manufacturing model does not work in the service sector
