Work/Life Balance. Team approach in my department was well received. Worked with an exceptional team of sales professionals who exceeded all goals.

Cons

Sr. management changes on a year to year basis @ CBS. This made it difficult to have any type of future plan and a commitment to customer service.

Advice to Senior Management

Hold people accountable, listen to your customers, house clean of under achieving employees, pay the ones who are deserving to stay.
