Pros

Very good people on the front lines. The employees are determined to have things work right for the customers the first time.

Cons

Extremely poor communication from management. No clear sense of direction. My supervisor never spoke with me directly about her concerns. I didn't know she had any until they showed in writing on my performance review 6 months later.

Advice to Senior Management

Become more involved in the company's daily activities and see for yourselves what really goes on. High level reports are only a tiny part of the picture.
